Kiva is a brillant innovation. Kiva provides a microfinance website where individuals can lend to other individuals or groups around the world. You can loan as little as $25 and select the borrower based on the purpose of the loan, the country, gender, green, human rights, and other characteristics. Once your loan is repaid, the money is returned to your account so you can lead it again. The photos below show some of the women to whom we loaned money to support their livestock businesses and help improve their standard of living.

Heifer International - Pass On the Gift
Heifer is a established organization focused on ending hunger by empowering people to feed themselves. Rather than hand out food, Heifer gives livestock to families. Heifer provides training on animal care and assists in community development. Once the animals reproduce, the recipients give some of the offspring to new families to expand the beneficiaries. You can donate by project or country or type of livestock.
National Anatolian Shepherd Rescue Network.
NASRN is a breed rescue group that finds new homes for both purebred Anatolian Shepherd Dogs and Anatolian crosses. They assist owners whose circumstances have changed to find new homes and they rescue directly from shelters. They provide foster homes for Anatolians prior to permanent adoption. They provide veterinary care for rescued dogs.
