Grass-Fed Lamb for Sale

Marble Peaks Ranch sells delicious, all natural, grass-fed lamb. We sell whole and half lambs. A whole lamb will yield approximately 40 pounds of packaged meat, and a half will yield about 20 pounds. 2015 pricing is $325 for a whole lamb and $175 for a half lamb. This includes the costs of the lamb, butchering, and packaging. The whole lamb price averages $8 per pound. We are offering a higher quality, healthier, American-raised product at a significantly lower price than the grocery store. Our lamb is harvested seasonally. The first 2015 harvest will be during the week of September 21. This will be handled by Shasta Valley Meats in Montague, whom we have utilized for a number of years. Shasta Valley Meats is a traditional butcher shop, and the meat will be wrapped in butcher paper. The second 2015 harvest will be November 24. We are excited to try the new Belcampo Butchery in Yreka. ***SOLD OUT FOR 2015***
